What Our Gardeners Say CZ GARDEN

Hear from our happy community of gardening enthusiasts who trust CZ Garden for their planting essentials.

These were perfect depth and size for kratky method in wide mouth jars, really like the lower collars as they seriously cut down on algae growth and I had virtually NONE as long as I covered my hydroton cubes in leca. My go-to! None have broken or even scratched and they're really thick and sturdy. Love that I got a great price while supporting a small business!

Cups are well made. Appears more durable than other 3 inch net pots but I only received 17 pots instead of the 25 specified in the description. The lesson learned is to be sure to count how many pots you received. Waiting on the seller to make this right. It is not worth the time to return such a low cost item to find out if the replacement order would also be shorted. UPDATE: After contacting the seller through Amazon, seller made a prompt refund for the missing cups. I would give a 5 star rating for seller response but still 1 star rating for the missing 32 percent of the order. UPDATE #2: Surprise! Surprise! Today 6 and 1/2 weeks later, out of the blue, for no apparent reason, the brown truck pulls up and delivers 24 more cups that we did not order. No point in trying to figure this out but I upped the rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Still, they don't put a full 25 cups in a 25 cup labelled sleeve but they sure made this right. Order more than you need. They are great cups.

These cups are pretty cool. Especially if the plants that you are growing send roots out the sides rather than straight down. I often found myself clipping the space between the CZ away so it was completely open, at which point they work great. If you are cool with a little modification they work well.

This is the second time I've bought these netpots and will likely buy them again when needed. These netpots are very sturdy and have a good size rim, so there is zero chance of these falling through a 3 inch hole. I have been able to re-use these pots multiple times, just clean them and they are as good as new, in fact the only reason I needed to order more was due to losing some of them and others that I cut or destroyed for one reason or another.

You will definitely be sorry if you buy the cheap net pots. This brand is recommended by all the top gardeners on youtube. These are mega-sturdy, thick and heavy, not soft and thin like the cheap ones. It's clear why they cost a little more. They will last a very long time. It's early April, and I'm ready to start my spring vegetable garden, but I guess I'll have to wait until it stops snowing here in the mountains in California! Check out the "gutter garden" videos on youtube, that's where I first saw these used. I use some of these net pots with fabric growing bags and some with the buckets. Have fun!
