What tube size does the air stone go with?
You’ll need either a 3/8″ ID or a 1/4″ ID tubing to easily connect the air stone bubbler. It also comes with a 90-degree metal air inlet that prevents the tube from kinking.

The suction cups don’t stay put. Did I get a faulty unit?
Please follow these simple steps before sending the unit back:
Check the bottom of your tank or pond for built-in slime.
Thoroughly clean the surface before submerging the Air Stone again.
Let the bubbler unconnected for 1 hour before turning on the air supply.
If none of the above work, we’ll be happy to inspect the unit you purchased for any faults and send you another one.

I don’t get enough bubbles. Why’s that?
Please make sure you submerge the air stone for about 1 hour before turning on your air pump. Then, if it doesn’t make enough bubbles, increase your air supply. It may take a few minutes for both sides to start working.

How much power does the bubbler consume a day?
The air stone bubbler has no electrical mechanism, so it doesn’t run on electricity. You need an air pump to power it. Attach the air hose to the diffuser and the air pump of your choice.
