The suction cups don’t stay put. Did I get a faulty unit?

Please follow these simple steps before sending the unit back:

1. Check the bottom of your tank or pond for built-in slime.
2. Thoroughly clean the surface before submerging the Air Stone again.
3. Let the bubbler unconnected for 1 hour before turning on the air supply.

If none of the above work, we’ll be happy to inspect the unit you purchased for any faults and send you another one.
